Something for Everyone
DISC has a huge variety of activities to help get anyone off the couch and moving.
The fitness equipment selection is fantastic and even includes circuit training equipment with wheelchair access. For walkers and runners, there’s a four-lane, 200-meter track.
If sports are more your speed, DISC has soccer, basketball, and volleyball leagues available in the fall and winter. They also have an indoor golf center and batting cages. If you never made the team before, don’t worry! DISC offers classes to help you learn new sports.
If you like to work out in groups, DISC has popular fitness classes like Body Sculpting, TRX, Zumba, and PiYo. Group or individual personal training is also a great choice.
If none of the traditional workouts sound right to you, try the rock-climbing wall. You can schedule an appointment for a class and challenge yourself with something new.

All the Logistics
If DISC sounds like the right fit for you, you have a lot of choices for accessing the facility. You can pay monthly or annually for full facility passes. The monthly cost for one adult is $39.25. You can also get day passes for the full facility.
If you only want to use the track and courts, you can buy annual or day passes. This is a great option for a pickup game with your friends.
For people who only want to take group fitness classes, get a punch pass for $50. That gets you into 10 different classes, whenever it works for you.
DISC hours vary by week throughout the year. Most days the facility opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m.
