Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and place one cupcake liner in each space of your muffin pan. Attach the paddle to your stand mixer. In the mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar until whipped a fluffy. Next, add in one egg at a time at low speed. Add vanilla extract, sour cream, and milk.

In another bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine this dry mixture into the wet mixture at low speed until just mixed, not too long, followed by folding the blueberries into the batter.

Fill each cupcake liner just slightly over the top with the mixture and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. To check if the muffins are done, you can insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the muffins are done!
