Move More Often
Exercising is hard enough as it is, but there are so many ways to make it mentally easier on yourself. If you’re going on a run, leave your running shoes right by the door. Try running with your dog instead of just strolling with them in the mornings. If you’re competitive, try signing up for a challenge where you’re ranked in order to motivate yourself. Just move your body more in fun, enjoyable ways, and you’ll be glad you respected your body’s wishes and had a blast doing it!
