Whether you’re a practiced yogi or just want to attend your first class, there’s just so much to love about yoga. First of all, it’s a great workout that will help you get into shape. But it’s so much more than that. It can help you clear your mind and really relax for a while, and it’s amazing for your mental health. You probably know all of this already, which is why you know you should do yoga more. But where are you going to take a class? That’s no problem when you come on out to yoga in the park at Nelson Park. The next class you can take is going to be on Saturday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Nelson Fitness Pavilion. Now, take a look at some helpful hints that will help you have the best possible yoga class.
Bring Your Own Mat
You may have been to yoga studios where you can use a public mat. However, you have to keep in mind that this class is taking place in a park. Therefore, you will be expected to bring your own mat with you. Don’t have one yet? That’s no problem. You can pick up an inexpensive one at your local sports retailer. That way, you can do yoga no matter where you plan to go!
Don’t Forget Your Water
The weather is hotter than ever right now, which means that it’s incredibly important to stay hydrated. Don’t forget to bring some water with you when you attend this class. Whenever you get thirsty during your workout, you’ll just be able to reach over and grab your water bottle. Remember to drink plenty of water before you make it to the park as well!

Wear Comfortable Clothes
Yoga is all about listening to your body and being comfortable, so make sure you wear comfortable clothes when you go to class. You don’t want to be in anything that’s too restrictive or you may not be able to move as you should. While tighter clothes can help, they shouldn’t be so tight as to make you feel uncomfortable while you are working out.
There are so many yoga classes to take all over town. If you want to ensure you can make it to all of them, you should find a new vehicle from Bob Brady Honda in Decatur, Illinois, so you know you always have a way to get there.
