Start the year off by traveling to new places without ever leaving your home! You might ask, how are you able to do that? Well, it’s through reading books of course. There are so many great books out there for you to read. Whether you choose fiction or nonfiction, there’s definitely something for everyone. We’ve gathered a list of three amazing books coming out in 2021. In case you need another reason to look forward to what this new year is going to hold, here are three more.

The Four Winds – Kristin Hannah

Kristin Hannah is a New York Times bestselling author for some of her previous work and there’s no reason to think that won’t happen again with this book. The Four Winds comes out in February and the plot sounds exciting. Set during the Great Depression, this book follows one woman’s decisions for the health and safety of her family as she navigates the Dust Bowl era in the United States.

Malibu Rising – Taylor Jenkins Reid

Another great book arriving this year is Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid. You may have heard of Reid from her extremely popular books, Daisy Jones & The Six and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. She’s back with this hugely anticipated novel about four famous siblings throwing their annual summer party at their gorgeous Malibu mansion. As the night goes on, the party gets out of hand and long-buried secrets are revealed. Malibu Rising will be available on May 25, 2021.

Survive the Night – Riley Sager

Our final suggestion is Riley Sager’s Survive the Night, expected on June 29, 2021. This heart-pounding psychological thriller is perfect for anyone seeking an adrenaline rush. Set in 1991, the story follows a college student named Charlie who is riding home from college with a stranger she met on a campus ride board. The more the stranger talks, the more suspicious Charlie becomes that he’s not who he claims to be.
